Our Client is a public listed company which has been long established in the steel industry. They are urgently seeking for Account Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Can handle banking process related with export and import procedure (such as TT, LC, document negotiation, document collection, etc). Transacting daily shipments
- Liaising with shipping line for switch bl process
- Liaising with Insurance Company for claim purpose and any other related matters.
- Can handle day to day office admin jobs
- Other ad-hoc documentations work
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in a trading company
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
