Our client is an industrial distributor of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) accessories and equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performing full spectrum of administrative function, including answering phone calls, ordering of office supplies, office equipment management, distribution of mails and inter-office communication, HR matters, etc.
  • Organizing travel arrangements and bookings, staff events, arranging meetings etc.
  • Participate in design and roll-out of administrative policies and procedures for local team management in line with group principle
  • Manage office insurance policies and office leases
  • Provide admin/secretarial support to the Director
  • Assisting Accounts Dept. in AR & AP functions and other taxation matters
  • Conduct propaganda for company exhibition and business event
  • Following assigned purchase orders
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Management or Business Administration
  • Similar management experience with MNC is most highly valued for this position
  • Outgoing and pleasant personality easy to communicate
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organization skills and meticulous in execution of work duties
  • Good team player and independent individual with initiative
  • Possess basic bookkeeping skills
