Our client is a construction company growing rapidly for the past 7 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage Combined Services Drawing
• Maintain all documentation and records in relation to M&E
• Ensure all drawings and its revisions are constantly updated
• Site supervision as and when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree Holder in Architectural/Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field in Singapore is required for this position
• Extensive experience in AutoCAD
• Able to communicate in Mandarin as need to liaise with Chinese sub-contractors)
• Ability to communicate with people at all level and be meticulous with an eye for details
